Juneteenth is a holiday celebrated on June 19th, commemorating the end of slavery in the United States. It marks the day in 1865 when Union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas with news that the Civil War had ended and all slaves were free. Join us for a week-long celebration this year across Bethlehem, Easton, and Allentown. Programming will include flag raisings, food experiences, a parade, music, art and more.
